Delivery

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order to all cities in Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?
International orders are handled on request – please message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Payment

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan – you pay the rider when your parcel arrives.

Exchanges

What if I want to exchange something?
You can exchange an item within 7 days of delivery. It must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. You can exchange it for another item of the same or higher price (you pay any difference). We do not offer cash refunds. Read the full Exchange Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

About the jewellery

What is MAANUM jewellery made of?
Our pieces are handcrafted on a brass base with 21K gold plating, detailed with natural stones, kundan, zircons or pearls (see each product page for details).

How should I care for gold-plated jewellery?
Keep it away from water, perfume, lotions and sweat; put it on after makeup and perfume; wipe gently with a soft dry cloth; and store it in a dry pouch or box, separately from other pieces.
