Shipping policy

Free delivery across Pakistan

We offer free delivery on all orders within Pakistan, with no minimum order amount.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer. Courier delays, weather and public holidays are outside our control, but we'll always help you track your parcel.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. Orders we can't confirm may be cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can pay in cash when your parcel arrives.

Refused COD parcels

If a COD parcel is refused without a valid reason, we may ask for advance payment on any future orders.

International orders

We currently deliver within Pakistan only through our website. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 320 4045198.
