Refund policy

At MAANUM, we want you to love your jewellery. If you're not happy with your order, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 320 4045198 or email maanumdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll share the return address with you on WhatsApp.

Conditions

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
• You can exchange it for another item of the same or higher price. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.
• We do not offer cash refunds.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Delivery charges for exchanges

For change-of-mind exchanges, you pay the delivery charge to send the item back to us, and we deliver the new item to you free of charge. For damaged or wrong items, we cover all delivery charges.
